With good wettability and excellent dispersive performance, it can effectively prevent pigment from settling, widely used in the dispersion of inorganic pigments and organic pigments. Also, it can significantly shorten the scattered, milling time, quickly reduce the pigment particle size, settlement of pigment, prevent hair flower, and floating color.
Usage: Add the paint after mixing after mixing the resin, solvent and dispersant.
Recommended dosage: 0.5-2% of titanium dioxide, 1-6% of inorganic pigment, 0.2-1% of filler, 5-10% of organic pigment and black carbon.
Specific dosage is determined according to the specific conditions of pigment and the wettability of the grinding resin.
